Next Generation Holiday Parks’ plan to expand their park network to New Zealand has moved a step closer today with agreements being drafted to purchase a holiday park in a top North Island holiday destination.
This park will make a spectacular addition to the portfolio, being located in a popular tourist destination for New Zealanders and international tourists alike.
Founder and director John Tilton believes that the move to ownership in NZ was the next logical step for NextGen. “I have been in the park business in Australia for over 20 years, and I have always wanted to take our unique park style across the ditch”, he said today. “After dipping our toe in the water managing Russell Top 10 Holiday Park, this new park purchase is a great fit for Next Generation Holiday Parks, an amazing location with unlimited potential, and I can’t wait to get started there in 2016.”
Stay tuned for more information on the ‘mystery’ park once the contracts are finalised and we receive approval for the purchase from the Overseas Investment Office.
